These Terms of Service apply to purchases, downloads, memberships, consulting services, website services, branding services, and other products or services offered through Keep It Real Social and the Keep It Real Social Shop.
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any product, resource, membership, or service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Digital Products + Downloads
Digital products may include guides, workbooks, templates, checklists, planners, prompt guides, training materials, downloads, and other educational resources.
Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate access provided after purchase, all digital product sales are final.
Digital products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once purchased or accessed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Free Resources
Free downloads, templates, guides, checklists, and other complimentary resources are provided for educational and informational purposes.
Free resources are provided as is and may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time.
Downloading a free resource does not include consulting, customization, technical support, or implementation unless specifically stated.
Vault + Membership Products
Access to the Keep It Real Social Vault or other membership based resources is provided according to the membership level purchased or otherwise granted.
Membership materials are intended solely for the individual or business account that receives access.
Login credentials, downloads, templates, trainings, and other membership materials may not be shared, redistributed, reproduced, resold, or made available to individuals who do not have authorized access.
Membership benefits, resources, and available content may evolve over time.
If a membership is recurring, the applicable product page and checkout terms should clearly state the billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation process.
Unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated at purchase, previously paid membership fees are nonrefundable.
Educational + Marketing Disclaimer
Our products, trainings, resources, and consulting services are designed to provide marketing education, ideas, strategies, tools, and recommendations.
Every business is different.
Keep It Real Social does not guarantee any specific outcome, including:

• Search engine rankings
• Google visibility
• Website traffic
• Leads or inquiries
• Email subscribers
• Social media performance
• Sales or bookings
• Revenue or profitability
• Business growth
Marketing results depend on many factors outside of our control, including implementation, competition, market conditions, platform algorithms, search engine changes, audience behavior, business practices, pricing, and other factors.
Past results do not guarantee future results.
Google, SEO, Social Media + AI
Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, ChatGPT, AI platforms, search engines, and other third party platforms regularly change their features, algorithms, policies, and functionality.
Information provided by Keep It Real Social reflects our knowledge and recommendations at the time the product, resource, or training is created.
We cannot guarantee that platform features, recommendations, search practices, or functionality will remain unchanged.
SEO and Google Business Profile services or educational materials are intended to improve your marketing foundation and visibility. They do not guarantee specific rankings or placement within Google Search, Google Maps, AI generated search results, or other search platforms.
AI Resources
AI prompts, strategies, examples, and training are provided as educational tools.
AI generated information may contain errors or outdated information. Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact checking, and approving AI generated content before publishing or using it in their business.
Keep It Real Social is not responsible for inaccurate information generated by third party AI platforms.
Consulting + Training
Consulting sessions, strategy sessions, workshops, webinars, and other professional services provide access to the experience and recommendations of the Keep It Real Social team.
Purchasing consulting time does not guarantee a particular marketing or business result.
Clients are responsible for implementing recommendations and making final decisions regarding their businesses.
Consulting time begins at the scheduled appointment time. Preparation, research, audits, or other work requested outside of the purchased session may require additional consulting time or fees.
Missed appointments, late arrivals, cancellations, and rescheduling may be subject to the cancellation policy communicated when the service is booked.
Unused consulting time has no cash value and is nonrefundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Semi Custom Branding
Semi Custom Branding begins with an existing professionally designed brand concept selected by the client.
The selected concept is customized with the client's business name, colors, fonts, and included brand elements.
Semi Custom Branding is not a fully custom branding service.
Significant design changes, additional concepts, additional logo designs, custom illustrations, or work outside the stated package may require additional fees.
The number of revisions included will be stated in the applicable product description. Additional revisions or design services are billed at the current hourly rate or quoted separately.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving their final business name, spelling, colors, content, and other brand information.
Semi Custom Websites
Semi Custom Websites begin with a professionally designed WordPress template selected by the client.
We customize the selected template using the client's branding, content, photography, and business information while maintaining the overall structure and design of the selected template.
Semi Custom Website packages include up to five pages unless otherwise stated. Home and Contact pages are included within the five page limit.
Semi Custom Websites are not fully custom website designs.
Significant structural changes, custom functionality, custom development, additional pages, new design concepts, advanced integrations, or requests outside of the selected template may require additional fees.
Website Content + Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all requested website materials, including:

Completed content documents
• Business information
• Logo and branding
• Photography
• Links
• Contact information
• Policies and disclaimers
• Account access when required
• A purchased and active domain name
Clients are responsible for purchasing, renewing, and maintaining ownership of their domain name.
Domain registration and renewal costs are not included in website design or hosting fees.
Clients are also responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use all copy, photography, logos, trademarks, graphics, and other materials they provide.
Website Timeline
The estimated website production timeline begins only after all requested content, branding, photography, access credentials, and other required materials have been received.
Typical Semi Custom Website projects are completed within approximately three to four weeks after all required materials are received. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed completion date.
Client delays in providing materials, approvals, access, or feedback may extend the project timeline.
Projects that remain inactive for more than 30 days because required client materials, approvals, or feedback have not been provided may be removed from the active production schedule. A restart fee may apply before production resumes.
Website Revisions
Semi Custom Website packages include one consolidated round of revisions unless otherwise stated.
Included revisions may include minor copy corrections, image replacements, link changes, formatting adjustments, and small updates to client provided content.
Revisions do not include major redesigns, changing templates, new pages, custom functionality, extensive new content, or significant structural changes.
Additional revisions and work outside of the original project scope are billed at $75 per hour or quoted separately.
Future Website Edits + Support
Once a website has been approved and launched, future content updates, website edits, design changes, troubleshooting, additional pages, integrations, SEO work, or other support outside of the hosting plan are billed at $75 per hour.
A minimum service charge may apply.
Any work expected to incur additional charges will be communicated before work begins.
Website Hosting
Website hosting is not included in the Semi Custom Website purchase unless specifically stated.
Hosting is currently $49 per month and begins when the website launches.
Hosting fees and services may change over time with notice.
Hosting and technical maintenance do not include ongoing content changes, design updates, new pages, SEO services, marketing services, or other client requested modifications unless specifically stated.
Third Party Expenses
Unless specifically included in a product description, purchases do not include third party costs such as:

Domain registration
• Premium plugins
• Stock photography
• CRM subscriptions
• Email marketing platforms
• Booking systems
• Paid software
• Accessibility services
• Premium integrations
• Other subscriptions or technology
Clients are responsible for applicable third party fees.
Website Approval
Clients are responsible for reviewing their complete website before launch.
This includes reviewing spelling, business information, pricing, links, forms, photographs, policies, disclaimers, contact information, and other website content.
Once the client provides final approval, the project is considered complete.
Future changes are considered website support and may be billed at $75 per hour.
Refunds + Returns
Because many Keep It Real Social products provide immediate access to proprietary digital materials, all sales of digital downloads, templates, guides, workbooks, Vault resources, and other digital products are final and nonrefundable, except where required by law.
Free products have no cash value and are not eligible for refunds, credits, or exchanges.
For branding, website design, consulting, and other professional services, payments compensate Keep It Real Social for reserved production time, preparation, strategy, and work performed.
Once work has begun, amounts attributable to completed work and reserved project time are nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law.
Any remaining balance must be paid according to the payment terms provided with the applicable service.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law. Michigan's Attorney General notes that most contracts do not automatically carry a general cancellation right, while certain transactions do have statutory cancellation rights.
Intellectual Property + Personal Business Use
Unless otherwise stated, digital products, templates, trainings, guides, workbooks, downloads, videos, graphics, frameworks, and other materials created by Keep It Real Social remain the intellectual property of Keep It Real Social.
Your purchase grants you a limited license to use the purchased materials within your own business.
You may customize applicable materials for your own business use.
You may not:

Resell our products or materials
• Share purchased downloads with others
• Upload materials to shared resource libraries
• Reproduce products for distribution
• Repackage our content as your own product
• Use our materials to create a substantially similar competing product
• Share Vault or membership login credentials
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
Purchase does not transfer ownership of Keep It Real Social intellectual property.
Travel Matchmaker™ + Other Proprietary Materials
Any proprietary frameworks, branded methodologies, product names, training systems, templates, and educational materials identified as belonging to Keep It Real Social or its partners remain the property of their respective owners.
Access to these materials does not grant permission to teach, license, reproduce, sell, or distribute the underlying methodology unless written permission has been provided.
Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information, but marketing platforms, technology, travel industry practices, software, search engines, AI systems, and digital tools change frequently.
We cannot guarantee that every resource will remain current indefinitely.
Users are responsible for confirming information that affects their individual businesses before implementation.
Professional Advice Disclaimer
Keep It Real Social provides marketing and business education and services.
Our content is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, or other regulated professional advice.
You should consult an appropriate licensed professional regarding decisions requiring specialized professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Keep It Real Social will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or lost profit damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, resources, websites, recommendations, training, or services.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, any limitation will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to Products + Terms
Keep It Real Social may update products, resources, pricing, memberships, services, and these Terms of Service from time to time.
The current version of these Terms will be posted on the Keep It Real Social Shop.
Material changes affecting an active paid service or subscription will be handled according to the applicable purchase agreement and law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
