Strategy Call and Preparation
We will begin with a strategy call to learn about your travel business, ideal clients, specialties, personality, and goals. This helps us understand the impression your brand should make and how to personalize your selected design.

Logo Collection
You will receive three coordinated logo variations:
Main logo, Alternate logo and Submark
These options give you flexibility when using your brand across your website, social media profiles, marketing materials, email signature, and other digital platforms. -
Custom Pattern or Illustration
The right details can make your brand feel more personal and recognizable. Your kit includes one custom pattern or line illustration designed to complement your brand style.

Color Palette and Typography
Already have colors in mind? We can build from them. Starting fresh? We will create a palette that reflects your personality and helps your travel business connect with the right audience.
You will also receive recommended fonts and guidance for using them consistently throughout your marketing. -
Brand Style Guide and Images
You will receive a Brand Style Guide PDF that brings all your brand elements together in one place, including:
Logo variations
Color palette and hex codes
Font recommendations
Brand usage guidance
Custom pattern or illustration
You will also receive at least five curated stock images that coordinate with your brand and help you begin creating a consistent online presence. -

Your brand should help potential clients recognize you, remember you, and feel confident trusting you with their travel plans. This semi-custom option gives you the professional tools you need to show up consistently while keeping your investment manageable.

How it Works
Questions About Your Brand Kit
What can be customized?
Your semi-custom brand kit will be personalized to fit your travel business. This includes your primary logo, alternate logos, sub mark, color palette, font recommendations, pattern or illustration, and curated stock images.
The main logo font may also be adjusted as long as the new selection complements the overall style of the brand kit.
Which file formats will I receive?
Your logo files will be prepared for both professional printing and digital use. You will receive your logos in AI, JPG, PNG, SVG, and PDF formats in your approved brand colors.
Your Brand Style Guide will be delivered as a PDF, and any styled graphics or curated images will be provided as JPG files.
How long does the process take?
Most semi-custom brand kits are completed within two weeks of your strategy call.
After purchasing, you will receive an email with a link to schedule your call and complete a short brand questionnaire. Strategy call availability may vary, but appointments can typically be scheduled within two to three weeks of purchasing.
Are revisions included?
Yes. One round of revisions is included with your brand kit. You may request adjustments to multiple elements during this round, such as refining a color, updating a tagline layout, or making another minor design change.
Additional revisions or requests outside the original package will be billed at $150 per hour.
What is not included?
Font licenses are not included. We will recommend fonts that complement your brand and provide links to download or purchase them. Many font options are free, while others may require a onetime licensing fee.
Additional brand materials that are not specifically listed in the package, such as stationery, business cards, social media templates, or printed materials, are also not included. These items may be added for an additional fee.
Do you offer matching website designs?
Yes. Coordinating website options are coming soon and will make it easy to carry your new brand across your entire online presence.
